On June 25, 2018, the Rethinking Yemen’s Economy initiative held an event in London  in collaboration with Chatham House titled “Yemen’s Way Forward: Rethinking Current Approaches”. The purpose of the event was to assess the effectiveness of efforts to reach peace in Yemen and to discuss alternative approaches to resolve the conflict. Over two sessions, participants addressed the political process and evolving local dynamics in Yemen, and prospects for recovery and reconstruction.
